A few days ago I suggested that it might be time to disregard Nader in the polling data. He had failed to get on any significant ballots.
Well, according to WaPo, Nader is now the Reform Party USA's candidate. That puts him on the ballot in seven states, including Florida and Michigan. So, while Nader might not have a significant impact nationwide, he could potentially have enough of an impact in several swing states to hurt Kerry.
