While the Newsweek numbers look great, remember one thing. Those numbers are with registered voters. Republicans usually do better in likely voter polls simply because more Democrats are registered to vote and more Republicans are likely to vote.
In every poll so far, Bush has had a stronger lead in surveys of likely voters than of registered voters. So, if this poll has a 13 point lead, I bet it would have a stronger lead in a likely voter survey.
