The Wall Street Journal has this to say about the effort to reallocate how the electoral college votes are spread in Colorado.

I think the measure will be struck down by the courts because it intends to, if passed on election day, affect election day. That strikes me as unconstitutional retroactive application of a measure designed to affect the outcome of a federal election.
