In the meantime, the insurgency will regroup and grow stronger. Our chances for victory go down, while the number of casualties we will sustain during a post-U.S.-election offensive goes up. Bush shouldn't just lose the election, he should be impeached for holding the generals back on those offensives until after the U.S. election.
