I woke up to an expected, but disappointment morning. Our local newspaper, the Macon Telegraph, decided to endorse the entire slate of Democratic candidates, with the exception of Denise Majette who has no credible chance anyway.

Three out of three of my local candidates failed to get the Telegraph's endorsement. Given the paper's track record, however, that is just as well. But, it is still frustrating. There is a clear liberal bias at the paper on the editorial board, which should be expected (I guess). Additionally, of my three candidates, one has a history with one of the editorial board members that is less than favorable.

Remember from the primary election the porn king? Well, the Telegraph endorsed him too, despite the porn tape and the child beating charges from some years ago. What a group of endorsements.
