David Shuster is taking on United over at Hardblogger. Good for David. Being in Atlanta, I more frequently fly Delta. Given a choice between the two, I would always choose Delta. I've never been a fan of United.
Posted by Erick at November 24, 2004 03:06 PM | TrackBackI fly only Southwest. They treat me better, and actually give me free tickets for using them. United and Delta are one step from out of business. Which wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. They should all copy SOuthwest's business model.
